Meridian

Meridian is a Windows inventory and point-of-sale system for shops and small warehouses. It keeps stock, purchases and sales, runs a cash desk with a barcode scanner, handles discounts and loyalty and keeps a customer base, all in one program. Data lives on your own PostgreSQL server, not in someone else's cloud. The database kit with install scripts and an optional demo dataset is on the download page, and the upgrade script can show what it will change with a dry run first. Typical role templates come ready, with access rights per section. Free for up to 10 employees with a login; larger teams can buy a paid plan. Windows 10/11 64-bit.
