NestMaxx

NestMaxx is free, online true-shape nesting software for laser, plasma, waterjet and CNC router cutting. It packs parts by their real outlines using the No Fit Polygon method, so curved and irregular parts interlock instead of sitting in bounding boxes. One click races several packing strategies at once and keeps the tightest result. Import DXF or SVG files (with layer and unit control), pick from over 40 parametric shapes such as plates, flanges, brackets and rings, or draw a part in the built-in 2D CAD editor. Small parts drop into the holes of larger ones, and the nest spreads across as many sheets as you allow. Set rotation, grain direction, priority and quantity per part, choose any sheet size in millimetres or inches, and export the finished nest as DXF (R12) or SVG, one file per sheet. It runs entirely on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and every feature is free.
