Pledona Export adds an Export option to the Apps menu of the Jira Cloud issue search. Run any JQL, open a saved filter, or pick only the issues you selected, then download an Excel (.xlsx), CSV or PDF file in one click. Every comment on each issue is included, not only the latest one. Attachments show as links, and one checkbox adds a ZIP with the attachment files (up to 4 MB). Scheduled exports send a daily, weekly or monthly file in xlsx, CSV or PDF to your team through Jira, attached to a delivery issue. CSV files are UTF-8 with a BOM, so they open cleanly in Excel and can be imported into Google Sheets. PDFs render Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Cyrillic and Greek text. Each export covers up to 1,000 issues. Built on Atlassian Forge for Jira Cloud.
