Accountly.cy connects Cyprus businesses with independent accountants through an agreed digital working process. AI and automation support efficiency, while the professional retains judgement and responsibility for accepted accounting work. The core package includes a Sumly licence and the owner's own access to shared records and reports, helping the customer stay connected to the business figures. An organised handover establishes source documents, scope, price, software terms and deadlines. Responsibility for reviewing, approving and submitting work must be clear. Shared access supports visibility but does not remove the need for accurate records and timely client answers. Software supports the professional relationship rather than automatically resolving every accounting obligation. Published bookkeeping costs €290 monthly excluding VAT for one Cyprus entity, up to 50 source transactions and two bank or payment accounts. Quarterly VAT returns and routine support are included within that workload. Onboarding from reconciled opening balances is €250 excluding VAT. Annual accounts, corporate tax returns, payroll and independent audit are separate from the recurring bookkeeping fee. Customers can commission additional assignments individually. VAT returns start at €200 per return. Payroll is €45 per employee monthly with a €90 minimum for up to ten employees. Annual accounts start at €850 for a straightforward year with completed books and up to 600 transactions; corporate tax starts at €450 annually. Self-employed accounting starts at €190 monthly and management reporting at €250 per reporting month. Catch-up bookkeeping starts at €150 per month behind, subject to a €450 minimum and stated account and transaction limits. Historical gaps and the records available need assessment before the final commitment is accepted. Actual deliverables, exclusions and applicable VAT follow the agreement, rather than assuming one monthly price includes every compliance request. The practical difference is clarity about the workload and access to the information. Published assumptions help owners compare service commitments and identify additional work. Owner access can reduce uncertainty about which records and reports are current. AI and automation support efficiency without changing the accountant's professional responsibility or eliminating the customer's part in supplying and approving information. Ordinary transactions, timely records and responsive small businesses can fit this model. Complex groups, international tax planning, unusual transactions or disputed historical balances may need a wider specialist engagement. Extensive record recovery can be materially different from ordinary recurring bookkeeping. Correction and qualifying direct late-fine commitments follow written terms, agreed work and required client cooperation. They do not remove the need for accurate information or cover every liability, penalty or business loss.
