MumbleFlow combines local English dictation with Oat meeting notes on Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 26 or later. Dictation can clean fillers, punctuation and self-corrections before text goes into a supported focused app or clipboard. Oat records microphone and selected computer audio only when started, then offers timestamped transcripts, editable speaker names, catch-up summaries, cited decisions and next steps. Search helps return to the source passage; playback depends on retained audio. Owners and dates are included only when spoken. Ranked search works without a generative model; answer generation uses Apple Intelligence or an optional local model. No video recording or documented calendar/Slack integration.
