PayDrop Advance Reports opens straight into a dashboard summarizing total revenue, orders, average order value, net sales, total customers, refund rate, cancelled orders, and refunded orders for a selected date range, alongside revenue and order trend charts, a gross-vs-net sales comparison, and a peak sales time heatmap by day and hour. Beyond the dashboard, a library of 109 prebuilt reports splits across 58 Sales & Orders reports, 37 Product, Inventory, Refund & Return reports, and 14 Customer reports, each opening as its own page with a chart, data table, and Export CSV button. When none of the prebuilt reports fit, the Custom Report builder lets a merchant pick a base dataset (Customers Analytics, Sales & Orders, or Product Performance & Inventory), add condition rules with AND/OR logic, and choose which columns to include, with a live preview that recalculates instantly as filters change. Any report, prebuilt or custom, can be scheduled for recurring email delivery or sent immediately with Send Now, arriving with the full dataset attached as a CSV.
